Technical Help Desk

The candidate will be placed in the Customer Service and will take care of the following activities:

  • Help-desk: 1st and 2nd level online assistance.

  • Hardware components helpdesk support.

  • System software helpdesk support.

  • Proprietary software helpdesk support.

  • System and Lan/Wan networks helpdesk support.

The ideal candidate will have to satisfy following requirements:

  • Diploma or degree on IT or telecommunications.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

  • Problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills are required.

  • At least 2-3 years of significative experience in the a Customer Care or similar.

  • Good knowledge of Office, Windows2000-2003, networking.

  • Customer care and service orientation

  • Excellent English

 The ideal candidate will have gained a strong sensitivity towards the care and customer satisfaction, we will have a strong personal balance in stressful situations. Good negotiating skills and organizational can complete the profile.

Qualifying elements as RDBMS like SQL Server, system and network administration will be considered as preferably extra skills.

The activity takes place in shifts assistance 24 hours on 24, 365 days per year.
